How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
Give support on their challenges, explain the USP’s of a complete solution and support on the customer questions. I found out that our customers need more support on products and also more information. So, we do a lot of web training but also face-to-face training. Explaining why and which solution is best to use especially towards the competition.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
SUPPORT- it is very crucial in our business because vendors know a lot about the printer itself, but when it comes to complete solution including finishing they don’t know how to position it. And we are there to support them, help them and explain the opportunities!
