I listen to customers’ needs and offer competitive costs, solutions, and additional suggestions to help them with their printing needs. I help set up programs with online solutions. Offering complimentary items and additionally reviewing new offerings in the industry.

What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?

Communication. Better communication is vital to success. Too often we default to sending an email without a great understanding of what is needed. My mission this year is to have more conversations, both internally and externally. Creating stronger bonds and a better understanding of every project that comes across my desk.
