We are all living through history. The past three years have disrupted our lives and our industry in ways we are still discovering. I strive to actively listen and learn what each person is experiencing in order to meet them where they are and provide a safe space to find their footing.

What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?

Collaboration. One of our company values is teamwork, but I believe collaboration captures my goal as a manager this year. Involving team members in discussion and the decision-making process provides an opportunity to learn about each other, a feeling of ownership in the project, and builds valuable confidence so that each person feels like they can be a leader and yet not alone.
