How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
By keeping the word ‘no’ out of my vocabulary. When something cannot be created with the resources I have, I present and seek out other options with my coworkers and colleagues to make the job possible. I like to give customers a mindset that nothing is impossible, and that we will create something amazing together always. An obstacle is just a challenge to overcome and learn from in your career.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Growth – I’m sure 2020 was difficult for a lot of us. For me, my entire career was put on pause. I was furloughed right at my peak performance. I was starting to begin changing jobs and projects with my last employer. When that was all washed down the Corona Virus drain. Joining up with my current employer TEAM meant having to start building my reputation as not only a printer but also a graphic designer from the ground up with a new base of clientele. Only this time I have the experience to achieve these goals. In 2023 I want to keep knocking my career goals out of the park and then some.
