Graphic Communications, no matter what job title you have is a relationship field of work, a lot like your college life to get ahead on campus you need to network. Join and participate in as many organizations that are in your area or online. Also, keep in mind your career is a little like college courses you are going to start at 101 and move up and learn new skills. If that is not happing time to move on.

How have mentors helped your personal and career development?

Mentors are so valuable throughout your career life. Think of them like your best friend but for your career and I would suggest you can have more than one.
