Please share advice for young women considering or starting a career in print… Which includes design, sales, marketing, and all jobs within.

There are many avenues to travel in the print industry. If you want a career that is fast-paced, innovative, collaborative, never dull this is where you should be.

You will have the ability to create your path whether it is in design, production, technology, sales, anything you desire because you will have the opportunity or ability to do so. You will always have a place to imagine what you can become and become it.

How have mentors helped your personal and career development?

I have had some amazing mentors throughout my career. Some knew they were one, and some had no idea. Having mentors has helped me grow strong and taught me that we are all people here to support each other. I have learned that what is meant for you arrives when you are ready for it. Be a person of value and remind others of theirs.
