Did you choose print or did print choose you?
Can you believe I chose PRINT? Back in 1996 I decided to attend a vocational high school for my last four years of school and out of the seven exploratory trades, I found Graphic Communications to be the best fit for me. I loved everything about it, from silk screening, desktop, and the press room which was my absolute favorite. If I was running the Duetto Press, I was in my glory. My senior year I started as a co-op student at LaVigne Press (LVI) which was later acquired by DS Graphics now known as DS Graphics | Universal Wilde. What started as a very boring Data Entry job has led me to where I am today as an Account Executive.
How do you establish credibility with colleagues, clients and bosses?
Transparency is everything. Without being yourself, upfront and completely transparent how else will someone entrust in you to guide them through a successful campaign or project they are working on.
In 50 words or less tell us your mission for elevating Print this year.
I will continue my 2020 mission by connecting with more like-minded individuals and relying on each other to share the latest trends and innovations. The days of competition are over, it is time for us to unite as one and keep print alive.
