How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
I have been in the industry for almost 30 years now, mostly in software companies, creating and designing content for my customers. In Customer Success, I strive to ensure that my clients desired outcomes are met. This has been a relatively recent move into Customer Success and my goals now are to onboard my customers to the extent that they can bring their desired outcomes to fruition quicker. I work with my portfolio customers to understand their Roadmap to Success and guide them in their journey. I also create collateral that enhances and simplifies their journey. I am a current EDP, have re-certified 4 times and am the current chair of the EDP Commission. I recently applied for my M-EDP and am anxiously awaiting the committee’s decision.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Collaboration. This is a role that I’ve been in since the beginning of my work career, but not defined specifically as this. I want to help companies with their journeys by working towards common mutually rewarding goals.
