How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
I help amplify and create global visibility, reach, and awareness for my partners and those who participate in my events, education and community initiatives, podcasts, content creation… and more. Through the partnership with our Girls Who Print sponsors, I am able to provide support, resources and programming all year to help empower the women of print, a FREE worldwide mentorship program now spearheaded by Beatrice Thouveny, share Girls Who Print buttons around the world, produce the Girls Who Print podcast series, keep our website and store updated, and share content through all our channels including our 9,700+ and growing women-only, LinkedIn Group. This year we were also able to expand our mission into West Africa, headed by Ayanfeoluwa Ibitoye. More locations are coming! What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
BOLDNESS. The theme for Girls Who Print Day 2022 was “Love and Thunder” and focused on being BIG and BOLD. I explain the Thor reference and how it led to the theme in the first video of the replay list. Being BIG and BOLD is a personal mission, an industry mission, and a Girls Who Print empowerment mission this year. Boldness takes many forms. I am focused on using this platform to address women’s issues that have crossed from politics to policies and create more awareness and engagement regarding inequity, inequality, and diversity in all forms.
