How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
I work with all departments to develop and update SOPs, document and analyze non-conformances and customer concerns, manage the documentation for Chain of Custody, and am a sponsor for the Quality Council. I also supervise our Samples Department, which strives to get the ‘best of the best’ directly to our customers.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Involvement. The only way we can be successful with quality is if everyone participates. My mission for this year, and every year, is to make sure everyone is aware of the procedures we have in place, and what to do if there’s a break in those procedures.
