LISTENING… education, and understanding what their end goal is. Collaboration is important as well as honesty. Most importantly they believe that what they are doing is important, so it is important to me as well.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
To be the Print Force that I need to be, giving good energy, being helpful, and continuing to love what I do. When you love what you do and you are passionate, it rubs off….. I want everyone to love printing as much as I do!
