How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
I am in constant contact with customers alongside the sales rep and designer. I help them with décor choices, new developments and color-matching needs on our digital printers either for entire new collections or just one-time requests for the décor laminate industry. If the customer likes it and decides to go into production, then I prepare everything necessary for our rotogravure production.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Mindfulness: Stress has gotten the best of me and my energy over the years. It drains me and I have started to practice mindfulness so my body can develop resilience to those stressors one day I hope that the stressors will drain my battery a little less than they did before and my energy levels, sleep, and more will improve. It is not easy, but it’s something I have decided to put into focus in my personal and professional life in order to tip the needle the other way.
