How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
Since the beginning of my career, customer care has been near and dear to my heart. Throughout my years in print and as General Manager of Walsworth’s Ripon facility, I continue to stay abreast of trends in today’s economy – whether trends in marketing, design, manufacturing, or employee engagement – to support our customers’ business needs. I seek to understand what each employee goes through to serve our customers with the goal of improving quality and process. Most importantly, I am committed to delivering customer delight in all aspects of service.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Stewardship is always my mission. I strive to nurture a person, team, situation, and/or organization with the goal of enriching each. Good stewardship requires trust, collaboration, and true listening. My goal is to meet people where they are and guide them toward personal and organizational success, providing an environment for them to grow and thrive. I thoroughly enjoy seeing people develop and flourish!
