How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
When I started at LPI, I learned as much as I could about our capabilities so I could better serve our customers, support our processes, and grow our social media presence. Today, I continue to learn as I manage puzzle accounts, internal accounts, social media, and the digital enhancement department. In every area of my job, I help guide our partners and customers to realize the enhancement and packaging possibilities that LPI can provide. I ensure they are getting the most out of what we can do for them and their brand.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
One word to describe my professional mission for 2023 is leadership. There has been a lot of change and wayfinding in my 2 years at LPI and this year, I will continue this through leadership. I aim to serve as a leader in 2023 by helping create as well as encourage innovative ideas and forward-thinking. This will allow me and my team to create innovative solutions that will improve the flow of work as well as the lives of our customers and coworkers. I will also do everything I can to equip others with the tools and resources they need to create these solutions.
