How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
I think of myself as a stakeholder in their business. The more successful their print and marketing campaigns are, the more successful I will be in return. My interest is solely in helping my clients and partners achieve their goals through their marketing needs. If my client does well, they are more likely to contribute to the local community and subsequently continue to use my services.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
