How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
Providing a level of excellent customer service by being a merchant partner that our customers can rely on it. This is achieved by making sure the proper inventory is stocked on our floor, providing on-time deliveries, and working one on one with customers to be able to help them pick the paper that will work best for their project.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Resilience. In the midst of an ever-changing market, it is important to be able to withstand adversity and be able to adjust to the ebbs and flow. Focusing on what I can control and making a meaningful impact whether that be with my customers or my team.
