Collaboration. I ask them deeper questions about the problem they’re trying to solve so I can propose elegant solutions. Often there are multiple approaches, I love helping my teams find the best one.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Restlessness. This is one of GSD&M’s core values. For me it means being a life-long learner, continually discovering better ways of doing things, finding vendors with new technology, and pushing the capabilities for great solutions. Our industry is continually evolving and I love discovering what is possible!
