How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
A large part of what I do is look for inconsistencies between job tickets and the artwork supplied, helping to bridge any gaps I find. I check files for potential roadblocks or errors that could impact printing, correcting and updating anything that needs fixing before or during production. And I also set up variable data projects for customized mailings.
What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?
Teamwork – Our company has seen a lot of growth in the last year, and there have been a lot of changes and there are a lot of new faces. Remembering that we’re all on the same team and tackling challenges together will enable us all to succeed.
