What does empowerment mean to you as a woman in printing?
To me, empowerment as a woman in printing means having the confidence in my skills to push creative boundaries, and lead with authenticity. It’s also about lifting others up, creating opportunities, and showing the next generation that there’s no limit to what they can achieve in this industry.
Can you share a moment in your career when you felt truly empowered?
I have been blessed throughout my career to have been surrounded by women who have guided me through some pretty adventurous moments, so it’s hard to choose just one! But I will say many of those moments included female collaboration from conception to completion and I could not have been prouder to be a part of that team!
What resources or programs have helped you grow in your career that you would recommend to young women?
Network, Network, Network! Make those connections. More people are rooting for your success than you think!
