Empowerment means lifting others up, encouraging others to attend industry events, helping connect good people with good companies.

When I stepped outside of my comfort zone, with the help of Girls Who Print, and took a sales role. The empowerment didn’t come right away – it took years, but in hindsight it was a bold move, and I am so glad I made it.
