What resources or programs have helped you grow in your career that you would recommend to young women?
I was fortunate to have gone through the Plant Manager Trainee program, Wallace Computer Services offered. I would suggest taking advantage of any ‘Managing People’ seminars and webinars that companies or Human Resources services offer. Vendors may offer improvement webinars also.
