What does empowerment mean to you as a woman in printing?

For a while, I had to push forward even if I did not feel empowered, now I can see how the tide is shifting. Mostly because other successful women came ahead of us, I can see more empowerment towards women who print. It really takes a village, and we have to continue the momentum for others coming along behind us.

Can you share a moment in your career when you felt truly empowered?

About 90% of my clients are male decision-makers. I recently felt truly empowered when I heard directly from my customer that I am the most professional salesperson he has met in 30 years. That is the best compliment for all the hard work I have pushed through.

What resources or programs have helped you grow in your career that you would recommend to young women?

Mentorship, Podcast listening while driving, and books.
