Empower – My mission for 2023 is to empower the people around me. I want our clients to feel empowered to make bold decisions by being the support they need to succeed. I want to empower my coworkers by acknowledging their strengths and encouraging them to take on new challenges. Lastly, I want to continue to build a culture at Snowball where everyone feels empowered to speak their minds and share new ideas.
