How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?
Being in the print industry for over 30 years, I have worked in all areas of print production. I started in 1992 at Quad Graphics driving a forklift making $6.25/hr.
I then transferred to press quality control, then into pre-press, then corporate customer service, and finally to a Sales position. Working in all areas of print production has been a blessing in understanding the print process in its entirety.
This has enabled me to be able to educate my clients on the print process and ways to print more efficiently and save on costs.
My number one priority is earning the trust of my clients and prospects. If I can help them succeed in their business, then I’ve done my job.
