You really need to be passionate about the industry and what you are doing for work. Keep learning about new technologies, keep learning about your customers and how you can help them. Work smarter not harder. Have a balanced life. Know your worth! If you love what you do, is it really work? And what do you get paid for doing it?
How have mentors helped your personal and career development?
I have had a few good mentors in my career over 25 + years and they are growing as we speak, some are right here in this great group of ours! I love that woman empower woman. One thing a mentor said to me was don’t sell printing, sell experiences. Sell yourself. People purchase from people they like, that are helpful and that have something useful to say.
