Did you choose print or did print choose you?
I found the print industry thanks to a Craigslist post for an internship opportunity with the Labelexpo team back in 2012 that led to my first job out of college. The rest is history! I fell in love with the innovation, the people, and the technology in the labels & packaging printing industry. I learned so much during my time with the Labelexpo team, which ultimately led me to my new technical role on the S-One Labels & Packaging team.
How do you establish credibility with colleagues, clients, and bosses?
Establishing trust goes hand in hand with credibility. I try to bring authenticity and transparency to each conversation. I believe that’s the key to ensure an honest, productive, and resourceful dialogue with every interaction. I always strive to set clear expectations, provide educational resources and the technical support necessary for a positive experience. I think this allows credibility to establish naturally.
