Don’t be intimidated by a male driven industry, you have plenty of support around you. As long as you are eager to learn, ask questions, are coachable and client focused, everything will fall into place. There is a learning curve just like any other career field.
How have mentors helped your personal and career development?
I have had tons of informal and formal mentors over the years. I am very eager to learn from people around me. I never want to be the smartest person in the room.
