Certainly, print choose me. It was pure luck.
How do you establish credibility with customers, colleagues and bosses?
I guess by gaining more and more knowledge, going as deep and detailed as possible. When joining company Veika I had no experience with printing and every day since I still learn something new.
What advice can you offer regarding negotiating salary raises/ addressing fair pay issues?
I would suggest to focus on your results and be the best version of your self. Your work and results speak for you.
What advice did you receive early in your career that you wished you had followed?
Write everything down at first 🙂 Really. There is so much information to know and it will continue to come to you every day. So the faster you establish your base knowledge, the faster you can move further. And go into every aspect of the technology – company leaders and personalities in different markets, chemical parts of technology as well as technical. If you are in sales – know how to run your machine. And if you are in operations – know success stories of your customers when using your technology.
