What investments have you made in your professional career development?

I serve as the co-chair of the Chicagoland Printers Scholarship Golf event held annually to raise funds for the future of print. This event aims to support scholarships in the print industry, with 100% of profits dedicated to this cause. Through this initiative, I  have strived to make a meaningful impact on aspiring individuals in the print industry across the United States, ensuring a brighter future for those interested in this field.

What investments have you made in your personal development?

As a sales representative, I’ve invested in myself like a boss! I’ve leveled up with sales training courses, attended workshops to sharpen my communication skills, and devoured books on persuasion and negotiation. Networking events? I’m there!

Plus, I’m always seeking feedback to grow stronger.

My HUSTLE doesn’t stop – I’m all about expanding my skill set and mindset to crush it in the sales game and deliver top-notch service to my clients. So, when it comes to personal development, I’m all in, all the time!

How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?

The industry can proactively make investments in women by implementing mentorship programs, providing leadership opportunities, offering equal pay, and creating a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion. This should be a priority because empowering women not only fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration but also leads to better decision-making, increased profitability, and a more sustainable future for all. Let’s champion women’s potential, break barriers, and pave the way for a more inclusive and successful industry!
