What do you do?
I am the Creative Director at Lasgidi Creative Hub. My creative vision drives the company’s mission to elevate brands through compelling print and branding solutions. With a focus on quality, authenticity, and attention to detail, I ensure that every project reflects the essence and values of the client, leaving a lasting impression on their audience.
What investments have you made in your professional career development?
I have invested in training and courses to boost my skill set. Most recently, I got trained on how to make Epoxy Resin Art/Print.
What investments have you made in your personal development?
I do extensive research on print materials and I also take networking and meeting people in the print industry seriously. I believe we can share knowledge and ideas and this will help our development.
How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?
The industry can proactively make investments in women through various strategies and initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality, fostering diversity, and supporting women’s career advancement. This can include training and skill development, implementing family-friendly policies, mentorship and sponsorship programs, etc.
