I run a printing firm which is BrandMe Creative Design and Printing Limited.

What investments have you made in your professional career development?
I had the opportunity to enroll in the World Packaging Diploma Course, and presently undergoing the learning process, this is to enhance my knowledge and skills in the printing field.
I have also been able to partner with some reputable organizations to train young girls and youth in my course field, this is to empower, also to help them shape their future and better improve the industry.
What investments have you made in your personal development?
I tried as much as I could to keep enhancing my personal life by attending personal development programs and seminars.
How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?
Women can create growth and we are very innovative. The industry needs to invest in women’s ability to explore the field and also be allowed to network, and have better chances of winning contracts, industry-based trainings, and collaborations with equipment manufacturers.
