What do you do?
I help find digital solutions for print shops looking to add capacity or diversify into new segments. I sell digital printers and materials to the industry.
What investments have you made in your professional career development?
I have been attending the Detroit Craftsman Club meetings and participating in local industry and networking events.
What investments have you made in your personal development?
I have been investing time in bettering my physical health, lifting weights, and bike riding. Focusing on physical health improves my mental health so it’s a win-win, both personally and professionally.
How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?
Adding or increasing maternity/paternity leave for its employees and allowing swing or irregular shifts for those that are caregivers to their children or aging family. A workplace prioritizing its people’s personal lives promotes loyalty, respect, and regard for said workplace.
