I am an account manager for JVJ Solutions Group, offering our clients consultation, production, and fulfillment services.
What investments have you made in your professional career development?
I have been on several PINE webinars, joined the Vault membership, several Chambers and other types of Networking Groups, I was part of Toastmasters to help in public speaking engagements.
What investments have you made in your personal development?
I am always trying to grow and learn as a person. I am always brushing up on my life skills and I have a wonderful mentor who helps me bounce ideas off.
How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?
There should be more co-op, internship, and shadowing programs from high schools, local community colleges, and universities. Women need to stand out in the print world. The industry has come a long way but still needs to further women’s careers.
