What do you do?
As a Senior Print Producer, I work to develop, execute, and oversee direct mail marketing campaigns. I collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive direct mail marketing strategies that align with their overall business goals. I manage campaigns from planning to execution. As a producer, I work with external vendors to stay within budget and meet delivery timelines. Additionally, I collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, copywriting, and analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution.
What investments have you made in your professional career development?
I have dedicated my time and effort to cultivating a diverse skill set across various roles and positions. Beginning as a production artist, I gained hands-on experience with different materials and print equipment, eventually advancing to the role of Senior Manager. Shifting gears, I entered the realm of experiential marketing and events, overseeing the execution of large-scale installations, including building wraps, wayfinding signage, banners, and event collateral. Joining an exceptional team, I have further honed my expertise in print as a direct print marketing expert.
What investments have you made in your personal development?
I have worked to become financially literate and worked towards financial goals, setting and sticking to budgets, and investing. I am an avid reader and enjoy reading books and listening to podcasts on a wide range of topics. Additionally, I feed my creative side and passion for tactile work by taking classes in tapestry weaving. In my downtime, you can find me weaving rugs and gardening.
How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?
Diversity drives innovation. Diverse teams with strong women leadership roles bring a variety of perspectives and ideas, fostering innovation and creativity within the print industry.
