What do you do?
I design and layout ADA signage and artwork for all our ministries. Also working on reports at the end of the month. Starting admin training on our new MIS system we are getting.
What investments have you made in your professional career development?
The CHRISTUS organization is good about keeping up with the latest trends in printing, allowing us to learn new methods. I try to take advantage of any available offerings that can open up new possibilities.
What investments have you made in your personal development?
One thing on a personal and professional level has been the opportunity to speak to groups and teach other individuals.
How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?
To keep hiring women and allow them to gain experience in the industry. I feel experience is the key in any field. I am grateful to CHRISTUS for the opportunities they give women.
