What do you do?

As the CEO of Intellisource, an innovative print and prepress shop with an amazing team, I strive daily to bring the very best service and solutions to my clients.  2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the company I founded and I am so very proud of how far we have come.

In a competitive marketplace, we work to truly bring the ‘do whatever it takes’ mentality and make it a reality. The only way to do this is to have true passion for what you do.

What investments have you made in your professional career development?

I have worked hard to invest in relationships and to make sure that we are keeping up with modern print technologies and advancements.  This means always finding out new and better ways to take an idea and make it reality in the print world.  Recently, we have been investing in technology to drive print management to help the industry manage smarter and focus on efficiency.

What investments have you made in your personal development?

I have prioritized work and life balance.  This means working hard, but also taking time for physical and mental health.  I meet so many women who sacrifice for their jobs and their families.  The last person you remember is YOU.  What I learned is that taking care of yourself helps you take care of everyone else.  Never be ashamed to put yourself on the top of the list.

How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?

Corporations need to prioritize diversity and make sure that they allow women a seat at the table. So often, women-owned businesses are overlooked – especially small women-owned businesses in favor of the bigger, male-dominated companies.  If we can just take steps to allow women an opportunity to equally compete, we win.
