Women have a natural curiosity when it comes to design and color. We’re also very good listeners and problem solvers. These skills make women excellent Marketing Communications Professionals. I encourage young women to step into the world of print communications. It’s a very dynamic, ever-changing environment with opportunities to own your own company. Go make HERstory!
How have mentors helped your personal and career development?
Mentors have helped me understand the sales process, provided me guidance on strategic planning, and have helped me understand how to run a highly profitable business. I’m very thankful that Jennifer, my business partner, and I have always believed in investing in ourselves personally and professionally, along with investing in developing our team.
