How do you help customers and partners succeed with their print and marketing endeavors?

Providing support within our company and in the field can be challenging due to new innovative expectations. I am mindful of our customer’s needs as well as our company when providing direction for a successful finished product. I listen to our customers and employees providing direction in consideration, and satisfying the customer and manufacturing needs.

What ONE word describes your professional mission for 2023 – and why?

CHANGE is the one word that describes my professional mission.

My previous position with Walsworth was on the Commercial side of our business. In August 2022, I attained the position of Yearbook Production Manager, introducing the Yearbook side of the business to my world. This change has been challenging but very rewarding. From a career standpoint, crossing over has been very fulfilling for me personally.

Challenge, Help, Active, Navigate, Grow, and Excellence is what it means to me. I will continue to motivate myself with this in mind and hope to inspire others to challenge themselves, help others, actively be a part of good things, navigate new ways, grow personally & professionally, and choose to be a part of excellence every day.
