What do you do?

After 6 years away from the industry, I am back into print and fulfillment as a National Account Manager at EPI Marketing Solutions.

What investments have you made in your professional career development?

I have recently accepted the challenge of a role that will include the opportunity to drive sales and create new revenue streams for my company. This part of business is officially on my plate for the first time and it requires me to step out of my regular comfort zone and find a different confidence in myself.

What investments have you made in your personal development?

I never miss or turn down an opportunity to learn something new, contribute to a special project, participate in an event, or contribute my ideas about a topic. The network formed by reaching outside of your regular job is invaluable.

How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?

Make sure not to pigeonhole women in administrative roles that they excel at. Competence should be properly rewarded in the form of upward mobility. Women bring new insight and different leadership styles to top roles that can also have a great effect on company productivity and culture.
