What do you do?

As a Client Success Manager, I collaborate with clients bridging the gap between our teams to contribute a role in their overall success. Whether it’s offering print knowledge or creative guidance, my goal is to create a positive and collaborative experience in the ever-evolving world of marketing.

What investments have you made in your professional career development?

To grow my professional career, I’m dedicated to educating myself in industry knowledge through workshops and training programs such as The Sales Vault. Finding a great coach, Bill Farquharson, and a collaborative mentor, Kelly Mallozzi, has been crucial to my learning experience.

What investments have you made in your personal development?

In my personal growth, I’ve been dedicated to expanding my professional network. This includes becoming a member of the Professional Women’s Club in Chicago as well as the Young Irish Fellowship Club, finding both mentors and friends. I am committed to growing more connections and am continuously looking for networking opportunities to strengthen both my personal and professional growth.

How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?

The print industry can invest in women by organizing mentorship and networking programs to create a more dynamic future.
