What do you do?

I help print businesses enhance profitability in existing setups without any additional human resources and equipment. Specializing in Print Estimation and Layout Planning, I’ve customized InSoft Automation’s Estimation software for diverse print service providers, spanning digital shops to multi-plant print product manufacturers. This implementation covers a broad spectrum of print jobs, including traditional ones like commercial, packaging, labels, and large format, as well as unique products like food trays, bags, and cups.

Customer satisfaction is a big deal for me. I’ve developed a knack for assessing software performance and creating easy-to-understand training materials. Essentially, I make sure the software works well and help others get the hang of it, demonstrating how it simplifies tasks. I excel at paying attention to details, adapting to changes, and delivering high-quality solutions to ensure everything operates seamlessly.

What investments have you made in your professional career development?

As a continuous learner, I thrive on adapting to evolving technological advancements. While concepts like hybrid work and multitasking are now widely recognized, InSoft Automation is a trailblazer. Over the years, I’ve invested efforts to enhance my technical and communication skills, crucial for effectively demonstrating software and navigating the pre-sales process. I’ve delved into scripting to implement software, assisting customers in seamless integration into their workflows. Specializing in various production processes integral to creating print products, I’ve also built a solid foundation in the software lifecycle.

What investments have you made in your personal development?

On a personal level, I prioritize my well-being through regular exercise and maintaining a balanced diet. I also dedicate time to reading printed books for personal enrichment. Socially, I take on the responsibility of raising awareness about developmental psychology to promote effective parenting. Through various initiatives and campaigns, I actively share insights on positive parenting techniques, emotional intelligence, and important child development milestones.

How can the industry proactively invest in women, and why should this be a priority?

Industries should seize the opportunity to tap into the underutilized women workforce, given that only around 50% are employed compared to 80% of men. Women often exit the workforce for various reasons, but industries can play a crucial role in retaining and attracting female talent. This involves being more open to providing opportunities for career growth and leadership positions and addressing work-life balance by offering flexible arrangements. Simultaneously, women can challenge societal norms and prioritize their careers, mirroring the commitment seen in men. It’s a collaborative effort that can lead to a more inclusive and balanced workforce.
